IN-HOUSE CLASS DETAILS

Information regarding the in-house option available through the Center for Financial Training. Textbooks and instructor's manuals can be purchased from CFT and used "in-house" to conduct courses at dates, times and locations that work best for your bank. If a session date needs to be rescheduled, these customized classes provide needed flexibility. If bank procedures or forms need to be included in the course, in-house classes allow for these changes. Employees participating in these in-house classes can earn AIB credit. Training directors can choose from a wide range of banking courses in areas such as banking foundations or specific skills training. Some banks have their employees work toward internal certification, while others use the AIB diploma and certificate program as a guide.
