AIB Understanding Your Construction Borrower (AIB-7803)

This AIB course provides an overview of the construction process that will help you better evaluate and serve your construction borrower. It examines the overall construction process and the documents typically required for loan approval. Also included is an overview of project types and the idiosyncrasies pertaining to them. Specific topics include construction budgets, soils reports, municipal approvals, loan administration and project closing. Discussions include the loan closing, payment disbursements and title work.
