Truth in
Lending Act- Regulation Z (AIB-7331)

This AIB course introduces participants to
compliance with Regulation Z, Truth in Lending. Students will learn about the
conditions that led to the enactment of Regulation Z, and how to properly
disclose the cost of credit, and calculate and disclose a loan’s rescission
period. The course teaches students how to adhere to the technical requirements
of Regulation Z, including how to present required documentation and explain
terms in a way that clients will understand. The course also covers how
regulation Z is enforced, and the penalties for noncompliance with Regulation Z.
