       AIB Profiling Mortgage Prospects (AIB-7814)

This AIB course provides participants with the knowledge to profile a prospective client and recommend the mortgage product that would best fit his or her individual needs. It reviews mortgage terminology, fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage products, and mortgage referrals. Conventional, FHA, and VA loan products are presented.

  • Effectively refer mortgage loan application clients to the appropriate person
  • Identify mortgage lending regulations and the situations to which they apply during the mortgage lending process
