IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY focuses on methods for analyzing and improving work productivity. It help participants explore productivity issues in their work area, introduces effective techniques for identifying opportunities for productivity improvement and methods for generating solutions to address productivity obstacles.

  • Identify obstacles to productivity.
  • Develop and evaluate productivity improvement ideas.
  • Develop action plans to implement productivity improvement ideas.
