AIB Fair Lending (AIB-7341)
The Fair Lending course will provide participants with the background required to interact successfully with the customers while maintaining compliance with Fair Lending laws and regulations. The seminar examines fair treatment of customers and distinguishes the three types of discrimination as defined in the federal Joint Policy Statement on Discrimination in Lending.
