Evaluating Bank Performance, a five week AIB Online
Course, provides bank board members with an understanding of how to evaluate
bank performance including key financial ratios, the use of peer groups, and key
risk measures. Each class is limited to 20 participants. CEOs from banks with
participating directors are invited to observe the entire course and serve as a
mentor to the directors from their bank.

used by the regulatory agencies

limitations in comparing performance to other banks
