The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) course provides guidelines for how employees in any part of the financial institution can meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Students will learn how reasonable accommodations can be applied in a variety of situations.

   Audience:  All levels of employees.

   At the conclusion of the program participants will be able to:

• Define disability as outlined by the ADA regulation
• Determine who is covered
• Explain “reasonable accommodations”
• Describe how the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to job responsibilities
