
Withdrawal Information
MPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH WITHDRAWAL!!Students must notify the CFT Office and their financial organizations in writing with intent to withdrawal from courses. Failure to comply with these instructions at any point could result in the student or financial institution absorbing all course fees. In all drop cases, a textbook, tax and shipping fee will be assessed if book is opened and/or not returned. Also, consider substituting one employee for another instead of withdrawing. Assisted Self-Study Courses Withdrawal Policies*:
A $75 drop fee applies to all drops occurring no later than Noon seven days after the date of the introductory letter. A textbook, tax and shipping fee will also apply if the textbook and corresponding materials are not returned or if the textbook has been opened. After Noon on the seventh day the entire tuition will apply.
Instructor-Led Online Courses Withdrawal Policies*:
There is a 100% refund for any cancellation request made before the start of the class and upon return of the book to the ABA. Refunds will be made, less a $100 cancellation fee, if the request is received within 10 business days from the start of the course and after the return of the textbook. There are no refunds for cancellations received more than 10 days after the start of the class. Any student failing to complete one of these courses on time can transfer once to the same course at a different time for a transfer fee of $100. Shipping and handling fees apply.
Self-Paced Online Withdrawal Policies:
Absolutely NO withdrawals are permitted. The full tuition applies.
*Please note that if the textbook and corresponding materials have not been returned the textbook fee, tax, and shipping and handling will be assessed along with any withdrawal fees.
